We were asked by Fresenius Medical Care to develop a strategic and conceptional approach as well as accompanying measures for what was originally called a „solution selling program“. We wanted to encourage the employees to adapt to a new mindset.
But before you start selling solution, you need to start thinking in solutions. And this is exactly the purpose of the internal communication initiative „become a solution thinker“. The following campaign was an invitation to all employees to become a Solution Thinker. To become a member of a movement. To build a community.
To make our message understood we use famous lateral thinkers and called them Solution Thinkers. Famous people who have shown on different fields what a difference unconventional thinking can make, and how much progress it can bring. Simple, clear measures help making “Solution Thinking” come alive, stimulating a new way of thinking and promoting inventiveness. It’s all about inspiration, fun, team-building, different perspectives and just breaking out of everyday work.
